When will I be charged for my order?

Our Policy

If you are paying with a credit or debit card, our policy is to charge when you order ships. 

Exceptions to the Rule:

1) If your order or any item in your cart is set to ship within three weeks.

If you are checking out online and your order, or any item in your cart is set to ship within the next three weeks, our online system will charge your card then at checkout. Even if you are mostly ordering for well in advance, if there is even one item shipping within the next three weeks, your card will be charged for everything on order. If you do not wish for your card to be charged for the future orders at this time, we recommend placing your orders separately.

2) If you are ordering supplies.

Whether you are checking out online or over the phone, If you are ordering supplies we charge when the order is received. If you are checking out online and have any supplies in your cart, the online system will charge all orders at checkout.

3) If you pay select Paypal.

If you choose to pay through paypal, you are charged for all orders at checkout. Though it is our policy to charge when the order ships, it is Paypal's policy to take payment at checkout.
