If your plants arrived less than perfect, you can rest assured that we will take care of you. We know that
this is more than just an order, this is your livelihood!
Take some pictures of the plants as they arrived. If there is any damage to the box itself, take pictures of that as well!
Please unpack the box and let the plants acclimate to your environment. Pot up what you think might be salvageable and give them a few days to bounce back.
Let us know about the issue. Send us your pictures and total losses and we will make sure you are taken care of. You can start a claims process here!
